Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24–48 hours (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
During high-volume periods or seasonal demand, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on the method selected at checkout and your location:
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Priority Options: Displayed at checkout based on your ZIP code
Please note:
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
USPS and UPS may experience delays due to weather, operational issues, or seasonal surges.
Once the package is transferred to the carrier, delivery speed is outside our control.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive:
Shipping confirmation email
Tracking number
Delivery updates (if enabled)
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.
Heat & Melting Disclaimer
Our products may soften or melt in warm weather.
To reduce risk, we recommend:
Selecting expedited shipping during warm seasons
Shipping to an attended address
Avoiding PO Boxes in hot climates
Melting during transit is not considered a defect.

Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
Take photos of:
Outer shipping box
Shipping label
Product condition
Email contact@gummylocas.com within 3 calendar days of delivery.
We will review and determine if a replacement or partial refund is appropriate.
Damage caused by carriers must be claimed through USPS or UPS.
Lost or Misdelivered Packages
Most shipments include carrier insurance from USPS or UPS for lost or misdelivered packages.
If your package is marked as lost, stolen, or misdelivered, you may file a claim directly:

We can assist you during the claim process, but carriers make the final decision.
Packages Marked “Delivered”
If the carrier marks your package as “delivered”, but you did not receive it:
Gummy Locas is not responsible for theft or misdelivery
You must file a claim with USPS or UPS
We recommend checking with neighbors, your building office, or your local post office before filing a claim.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
If the shipping address entered at checkout is incorrect or incomplete:
Shipping fees are non-refundable
We are not responsible for nondelivery or delays
You may request reshipment by paying a new shipping fee
If you prefer a refund instead of reshipment, we can refund 50% of the product value as a courtesy
We cannot change the address after an order has been fulfilled.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before fulfillment begins.
Once an order has been packed or shipped, cancellations are not possible.
International Shipping (If Enabled)
International rates are calculated automatically at checkout.
Buyers are responsible for:
Customs duties
VAT
Import taxes
Any country-specific fees
Delivery times can vary and may be delayed by customs processing.
