🍭 REFUND & RETURN POLICY – GUMMY LOCAS

Overview

For safety and health compliance reasons, we do not accept returns of edible products once they leave our facility. All edible product sales are final.

If your order arrives incorrect, damaged, or compromised, you may qualify for a replacement or refund. All claims must be submitted within 3 calendar days of carrier delivery.


Eligible Cases for Refund or Replacement

A refund or replacement may be issued after review if:

  • You received wrong items, missing items, or items not as described.

  • The package was damaged in transit (photo evidence required).

  • The product shows quality issues at delivery, such as leakage or severe compromise.

  • The product arrives excessively melted, reported on the day of delivery with photos.

👉 We require clear photos of the outer box, shipping label, and product condition.


Heat & Melting Disclaimer

Our products may soften or melt in warm temperatures.
Melting is not considered a manufacturing defect.

To reduce risk, we recommend:

  • Choosing expedited shipping during warm seasons

  • Delivering to an attended address

  • Avoiding PO Boxes in hot climates

Melting claims must be submitted on the day of delivery.


How to Submit a Claim

Email contact@gummylocas.com within 3 calendar days.
Include:

  1. Order number

  2. Photo of the outer box

  3. Photo of the shipping label

  4. Photos of the affected product

If approved, we will:

  • Refund the affected items to your original payment method, OR

  • Reship the affected items

Please do not return edible products unless explicitly authorized.


Order Cancellation

You may receive a full refund if the order is canceled before it is fulfilled or shipped.
Once an order enters fulfillment, it cannot be canceled.


Shipping Insurance & Lost Packages

Most carriers (USPS/UPS) include shipping insurance for lost or misdelivered packages.
If your package is:

  • Lost

  • Stolen

  • Marked “delivered” but not received

  • Misdelivered

You may file a claim directly with the carrier:

We can assist you in the process if needed.

Important: Once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, Gummy Locas is not responsible for theft or misdelivery.


Orders with Incorrect Addresses

If your order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information entered at checkout:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • You may request a 50% refund of the product value, or

  • Request reshipment by paying a new shipping fee


Non-Returnable Items

  • All edible/food products

  • Opened bags or tampered items

  • Promotional bundles or Final Sale items

  • Seasonal items (due to heat sensitivity)


Non-Food Merchandise

Unused, unopened non-edible merchandise may be returned within 14 days if:

  • Original packaging is intact

  • Tags/accessories included

  • Item is unused

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
